apa7th Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the apa7th platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the apa7th platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and apa7th ("Platform"). This agreement takes effect immediately upon registering an account or commencing use of any services provided by apa7th.
Use of the platform by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete at the time of registration.
2. Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at apa7th. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice. Any balance in accounts suspended for this violation may be frozen pending an internal investigation.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account username and password confidential.
- Ensuring a strong, unique password is used and not shared with any other party.
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Log out of your account after using a shared or public device.
Apa7th will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to keep their own account credentials secure.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the apa7th platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX via local banks (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and others), and direct bank transfers. apa7th does not bear any charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
Regarding withdrawals, users must ensure that:
- Identity verification (account verification) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
- The bank account registered for withdrawals must be in the same name as the apa7th account holder.
- Any rollover requirements associated with a specific bonus have been met before a withdrawal can be processed.
Apa7th reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification or source of funds verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being delayed or cancelled.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Users agree not to use the apa7th platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could cause harm to the platform, other users, or third parties. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems.
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform without written authorisation.
- Manipulation of game outcomes or any activity related to fraud or money laundering.
- Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it.
To the extent permitted by law, apa7th shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if apa7th has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
5. Account Suspension, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension or Closure
Apa7th reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any term in this document, or has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity. In such cases, the account balance will be frozen for the duration of the investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the apa7th platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and overall design — is the exclusive property of apa7th or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The apa7th platform may contain links or references to third-party services. apa7th is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Apa7th reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated each time changes are made. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and may contact us to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the apa7th platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiations fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
